When you submit our consultation form we collect: your name, phone number, email address, project location or ZIP, project type, budget range, timeline, preferred contact method, project description, your consent, and any photos, plans or PDF documents you choose to attach. We also record technical metadata (submission timestamp, page you submitted from, browser user-agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address used solely to prevent abuse). We do not collect payment information through this website.
Project photos and document uploads
Files you attach to the consultation form are uploaded to a private storage bucket that is not publicly listable and produces no permanent public URLs. Only authorized Abricos LLC personnel can retrieve those files, and only through short-lived, signed links used internally to review your submission.
How we use your information
We use submitted information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a scope of work or estimate if you request one, and, if you become a client, to communicate with you about your project. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
How long we retain it
Consultation submissions and any uploaded attachments are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission. After 24 months we delete the lead record and its associated private attachments, unless we must keep the information longer to support an active project, a signed contract, a warranty obligation, a dispute, or an accounting, insurance or legal requirement. You may ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time by contacting us using the details below.
Email notifications
Successful consultation submissions generate an internal notification email to Abricos LLC so we can follow up with you. We do not send you marketing email unless you separately opt in.
Service providers
We use a hosted infrastructure provider (Lovable Cloud) to host the website, database and private file storage that supports the consultation form. That provider processes submissions on our behalf under commercially reasonable security controls.
Cookies & analytics
The site may use basic first-party analytics to understand traffic patterns. No cross-site advertising trackers are installed by default.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted through this website by emailing info@abricoscare.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect information submitted through this website, including private storage, encrypted transport (HTTPS), server-side validation, and restricted internal access. No method of transmission or storage over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
